OUR FACTORY

Quiver Co. Ltd is committted in it's manufacture of excellent and consistent quality P/U foam blanks. And we use the latest polyurethane chemistry, an improved light TDI that improves production handling of the formula resulting in a harder foam that is lighter white color. Every aspect of the new formula improves our product.  

Our factory's geographical location was purposely chosen as our factory maintains humiidity and temperature levels that are highly condusive to foam fabrication. Our workers enjoy a safe working environment well ventilated and maintained. Chemical handling standards are held or exceed the manufactures MSDS recommendations.  

Mission being to create the best blanks for your surfer customer. By utilizing the right ratio of our P/U we keep the highest level of performance in the surfboard while maintaining the proper durability. We have exacted our production processes to ensure Quiver foam is consistent during mass production. In the future we will carry this same know how to produce a full variety of blank styles in all densities and sizes right here in Asia.
